Terms of use

1. Who we are

OnlyThis LLC, a company in Phoenix, Arizona, USA ("we", "us"), makes OnlyThis. Email [email protected].

2. Purchases go through Paddle

Orders are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax, invoices, and questions about payment and returns. The purchase contract is with Paddle, under the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. These terms cover your license to use OnlyThis.

3. Price

OnlyThis costs $24 USD, paid once. Tax may be added at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

4. Your license

When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use OnlyThis:

• on the computers you personally own or use
• for your own use, including your own work

The license does not expire. It covers the version you buy and any updates we choose to release for that version. It does not include a future paid product that we sell separately. We are not required to release updates or new features.

5. What you cannot do

• Share, sell, rent, lend, or give your license key to anyone else
• Publish the key, or use it so other people can run OnlyThis
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble OnlyThis, except where the law expressly allows it
• Remove copyright notices, or try to bypass the license check
• Use OnlyThis for anything unlawful

6. License keys

Your key is emailed after purchase. You paste it in Settings, into Licence. That check is offline. Keep the key. If you lose it, email us and we will resend it to the address used for the purchase.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy. If you are refunded, the license ends. Uninstall OnlyThis and stop using it.

8. Ownership

OnlyThis, including its code, design, and name, is owned by OnlyThis LLC. You are buying a license to use the software, not ownership of it. We keep every right these terms do not expressly grant.

9. When the license ends

The license ends if you break these terms or if you receive a refund. When it ends, stop using OnlyThis and delete your copies.

10. What OnlyThis is, and is not

OnlyThis dims windows and runs a timer. It is not a medical device. It is not for diagnosing, treating, or managing any health condition. We do not promise a result in your focus or your work.

11. No warranty

OnlyThis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or that it will run without interruption on every system.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of OnlyThis. Our total liability for any claim about OnlyThis is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Your consumer rights

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. If you live in one of them, some of the sections above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights under consumer laws that cannot be waived, including rights in the EU and the UK.

14. Governing law

These terms use the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the consumer laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim there.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. A change does not take away rights from a license you already bought.
