If OnlyThis is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Go to paddle.net, look up the order with the email you bought with, and request a refund, or
• Email [email protected] with your order number or the email you used at checkout.

What happens next

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record, so Paddle sends the refund to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card. The refund includes any tax you paid on the order.

After a refund

A refund ends your license. Because OnlyThis works offline, the key may keep working on the machine. Uninstall OnlyThis and stop using it.

This policy does not affect rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including the EU and the UK.
